We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
5. Legal basis for processing
We process your information under one or more of these grounds:
- Contract — to deliver the services you hired us for.
- Consent — when you submit a form, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact us voluntarily.
- Legitimate interest — to keep the Website secure, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
- Legal obligation — to keep tax and accounting records.
6. Who we share information with
We share information only with vetted service providers (processors) that help us run the business, and only the minimum needed for them to do their job:
- Wix.com Ltd. — site hosting, email, and infrastructure for client websites.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Supabase / Cloud database providers — secure storage of form submissions and project data.
- Email delivery providers — transactional and contact emails.
- Google Analytics — anonymized traffic measurement.
- Professional advisors — accountants, lawyers, when required by law.
We may also disclose information if required by court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
7. How long we keep it
- Contact / audit form submissions: up to 3 years from last contact.
- Active client records: for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years (Canadian tax retention rules).
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs and analytics: typically 14 to 26 months.
You may request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights").
8. How we protect your information
- HTTPS / TLS encryption in transit on every page.
- Encryption at rest on our database and backups.
- Role-based access — only the people who need data can see it.
- Strong passwords and two-factor authentication on internal tools.
- Routine deletion of data we no longer need.
- Written internal procedures for handling personal information.
No system is 100% secure. While we use reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security and accept no liability for breaches outside our reasonable control.
9. Cookies & analytics
The Website uses a small number of first-party cookies to remember your theme preference and to keep navigation working smoothly. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized traffic patterns. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

11. International data transfers
Our hosting and processing infrastructure is primarily in Canada and the United States. Some of our processors (Wix, Stripe, Google) operate globally and may process data outside Canada. By using the Website you consent to these transfers, which are protected by the providers' standard contractual clauses and security standards.
