For the independent agent
A personal brand, clear buyer and seller journeys, and inquiries that arrive with context.
— For agents, teams & brokerages
Make your properties memorable and your expertise unmistakable. We build premium websites, custom business systems and search foundations for real estate professionals across the U.S. and Canada.
One team for design, development and SEO, with practical help beyond launch. You focus on clients and deals; we help with the digital side.
— More than a listing feed
A real estate website serves two decisions: which property interests someone, and who they trust to guide their next move. Good design makes room for both.
A polished gallery is only the beginning. Your market knowledge, seller approach and team identity need their own voice, with a clear route from browsing to a useful conversation. On mobile, that route should be just as easy.
A personal brand, clear buyer and seller journeys, and inquiries that arrive with context.
A coherent brand across agent profiles, offices and markets, with routing and workflows scoped around your team.
Editorial storytelling and approved property imagery that reflect the quality of your presentation, without losing usability.
— A real project from our portfolio
A high-end real estate website with expressive editorial typography, dramatic contrast and a distinctive visual identity. The screenshots show the design; the live website lets you explore it for yourself.

Real estate · Luxury branding
This is visual portfolio evidence, not a claim about traffic, sales results or a particular IDX implementation.
Your brand should feel this intentional, in a direction that is yours.
Let’s talk about your website— Related work · Rental properties & hospitality
A website for Castle Ivar and the Modern Vintage House in Los Angeles. This is rental-property and hospitality work, not a real estate brokerage site, but the same care for property presentation and a distinctive brand carries through.

Los Angeles · Property stays
Confident typography, a dark and gold identity, and separate navigation for the castle and vintage house give these stays a recognisable online presence. The layout connects the property story with availability and quote inquiries.
— Designed around the next move
We shape your real estate agent website design or brokerage website around the people you serve. These are possible building blocks, selected to fit the agreed scope rather than bundled into every package.
Branded property galleries and listing detail pages give approved photography, floor plans and the story of a home room to breathe. Supported video or 360° tours can sit alongside a clear inquiry or showing request.
Your website should explain why someone would choose you, not just what is on the market. Agent biographies, team directories and brokerage pages connect your people with the areas and clients they genuinely serve.
Buyer and seller intake, valuation-request forms and mobile click-to-call help visitors take the next step. A valuation request starts a conversation with your team; it is not an instant appraisal unless a suitable, separately scoped service supports it.
— Listing data, explained
A beautiful listing experience needs a reliable, authorized source. We check what your market and platform actually permit before choosing an integration.
In the U.S., MLS means Multiple Listing Service: a listing-data service governed by its own participation and access rules. IDX means Internet Data Exchange, a framework for authorized public display of participating listings. It is not unrestricted access to every property.
MLS and board feed access depends on the relevant organization’s agreements and permissions. CREA’s DDF® can be an option for participating brokerages and approved technology providers, subject to its distribution rules. Local board arrangements may differ.
Membership, brokerage authorization, available fields, attribution and display rules, refresh requirements, vendor subscriptions and technical compatibility. A vendor embed, an authorized API or a dedicated custom application may suit different projects. RESO Web API or another board-provided method is considered only where actually available and approved. Not every feed works with every Wix website.
We plan access controls, inquiry privacy, notification preferences and consent around your requirements. Covered Canadian marketing messages need appropriate CASL consent and unsubscribe handling; submitting an inquiry should not be treated as blanket marketing permission. Listing content, filters and forms need review against applicable fair housing, anti-discrimination, board and privacy requirements. Your organization and qualified advisers confirm legal obligations; a website build is not a compliance guarantee.
Background: NAR’s IDX guidance, REALTOR.ca DDF information and CRTC’s CASL guidance. Your local agreements remain the deciding source.
— Beyond templates
Some teams need a beautifully editable website. Others need software that connects property discovery, people and follow-up. We build Wix Studio websites where appropriate and custom-coded websites and applications with TypeScript, React, backends, databases and APIs when the requirements call for them.
Best when the website is the product.
Best when the website has to run part of the business.
We assess feed compatibility before recommending a platform. Complex listing search or permissions may need a dedicated custom app alongside your marketing website. CRM tools such as HubSpot, Follow Up Boss or KvCORE are considered only after checking their actual API access, account requirements and vendor permissions. Licenses and larger systems are scoped separately.
Possible, project-specific options. None is included in a standard package; each is scoped and quoted separately.
Search, maps and filters using an authorized feed, with a tailored interface where the license and data allow it.
Separately scoped accounts for saved properties, documents or requests, with appropriate access controls.
Request and calendar workflows connected to your scheduling tools where their APIs and permissions support it.
Route inquiries by agent or market and connect follow-up to your approved CRM, with consent-aware workflows.
Custom team portals and dashboards for authorized content, listing showcases and inquiry management.
Notification preferences and alerts subject to available data, vendor rules and messaging consent.

— Real estate SEO, without shortcuts
Your website is the foundation. Ongoing search work develops it. We help real estate professionals explain their expertise in ways people, search engines and AI assistants can understand, without pretending there is a magic ranking switch.
Neighborhood and community guides should reflect the markets you genuinely know. Explain buying and selling considerations with your own expertise and approved sources. Distinct agent, team and service pages make your role clear. Google Business Profile work can support local relevance where your business is eligible.
Syndicated descriptions may appear on many websites. Vendor embeds, removed listings and feed permissions can limit indexing or control over URLs. We review what can be indexed and build useful permanent market and service content rather than relying on inventory alone.
We plan crawlable navigation, descriptive titles, suitable structured data, redirects and image handling. Mobile performance, readable layouts and accessible forms matter to the person who is ready to get in touch, not just to a checklist.
A website build sets the agreed search foundations. Optional ongoing SEO adds content and refinement over time. Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode follow conventional SEO best practice; there is no special AI-only schema or guaranteed recommendation.

— Your team, beyond launch
We don’t hand you the keys and disappear. Come back to the same team for practical website help, clear guidance and ideas as your business changes.
You have one point of contact for the digital work, rather than another set of technical tasks on your calendar.
Talk to your digital teamOne team to come back to.
Design, development, SEO and business systems.
New team bios, approved listing showcase photos, service areas and campaign pages. We help your website keep pace with the story your business is telling.
Fix a form, refine mobile usability or review where visitors hesitate. Changes and technical help follow the support agreed with your project or active care plan.
Discuss scheduling, CRM connections and new features with people who know the website. Larger custom work and licensed integrations are checked, scoped and agreed before implementation.
There may be useful opportunities in market content, seller inquiries, search visibility, accessibility, performance and security. We help you consider the relevant ones rather than chase every trend. New technology is worth adopting when it solves a real problem, with the work and costs agreed first.
For a regular improvement programme, explore our optional ongoing SEO services and discuss continuing care. The work and review schedule depend on your chosen plan; improvements are agreed, not automatically added.
Not every request needs another paid plugin. We look for practical ways to avoid unnecessary subscriptions. Support included with your project follows its agreed scope, with continuing care options available. Larger features, paid integrations, app subscriptions, renewals, hosting and future redesigns are discussed and priced separately where applicable, before work begins.
— A manageable way to get started
Website packages offer flexible payment and installment options, subject to the terms available at checkout. Custom projects are scoped individually, and we can discuss a payment schedule with your proposal.
— A straightforward collaboration
Share the goals and examples. We bring the design, development and practical coordination.
Share your goals, brand, existing website and the tools your team uses. We ask about your clients and how inquiries reach you.
We map pages, content and integrations, check feed permissions where needed, then agree deliverables, milestones and costs.
One team coordinates design, development and search foundations. You review the work without managing separate technical suppliers.
We test mobile layouts, forms and agreed connections, then help with updates and opportunities within your project or continuing-care plan.
— Before we begin
A website for realtors should come with a practical plan, not unclear promises. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll talk through the details.
Cost depends on the pages, content, property presentation and integrations you need. Our pricing page shows current website packages and available payment options; checkout confirms the actual terms. Brokerage portals, custom listing search and other bespoke systems need an individual scope and proposal. We can discuss a project payment schedule before you commit.
We can assess an authorized integration, but access is not automatic. Your US MLS or Canadian board, participating brokerage and data provider determine permissions, agreements, display rules and any fees. Canadian options may include CREA DDF where participation and permissions allow. We check the vendor, platform and feed requirements first; subscriptions and licenses are separate where applicable.
Yes. An agent website can focus on personal positioning and buyer or seller inquiries. A team may need agent profiles and lead routing. A brokerage may need a larger directory, listing workflows and multiple locations. We also scope brand-led websites for luxury real estate and residential development marketing, using approved project material rather than invented listings.
Often, but the level of control depends on the authorized data source and vendor. An embedded search tool may have limited styling; an approved API can allow more tailored interfaces, subject to its license, available fields and display rules. Saved searches, alerts and account features are separately scoped rather than assumed to be included.
We review your existing tools and their available APIs, account plans and permissions. Buyer and seller inquiries, agent routing, scheduling and follow-up can be connected where supported. HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, KvCORE or another provider may require a particular subscription or approved integration. We confirm feasibility and costs before promising a connection.
Wix Studio can suit an editable brand website with galleries, content and forms, with Velo for supported logic. A fully custom website or separate application may be more suitable for complex data, search, permissions or workflows. We choose around your needs, authorized integrations and ongoing maintenance, not a platform preference.
A clear page structure, useful market content, metadata, redirects and mobile performance create a stronger search foundation. Ongoing SEO is separate work: developing helpful content, local relevance and improvements over time. Feed-generated pages can have indexing limitations and duplicated descriptions, so they are not a substitute for your own expertise. No website can guarantee rankings or AI search recommendations.
We agree the editing workflow during planning. Approved feeds may refresh listing information according to the provider's rules. Manually managed showcases, agent bios and market pages need an editor workflow or help from our team. We also plan how withdrawn or sold listings should be handled; automated updates depend on the data source and scope.
We discuss account access, domain arrangements, content rights, deliverables and handover in your proposal. Bring details of your current accounts and any third-party licenses so we can identify restrictions early. Listing photographs, feed data and vendor software can have their own rights and terms; we do not treat them as assets that can be freely transferred.
We can scope a migration that inventories existing pages, keeps useful content and maps changed URLs to appropriate permanent redirects. Access to the old platform, domain and content is needed. We check navigation, forms and search settings before launch; redirects help users and crawlers find the new pages, but cannot guarantee that search performance stays unchanged.
The schedule depends on scope, content readiness, feedback and any listing-data or vendor approvals. An editorial agent website is a different project from a brokerage application with custom search and portals. We agree milestones after reviewing the requirements and identify external dependencies before setting a launch date.
Yes. We remain a point of contact for content, team bios, listing showcases, new market pages, form fixes and future ideas. Included support follows your project agreement, with optional continuing care and SEO services. Larger custom features and licensed integrations are agreed and priced before work begins; support is not a promise of unlimited free development.
